We deliver anywhere in the World for FREE.

You must use a physical address. We don't ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

Our Made To Order goods are dispatched for delivery on the first business day (Mon – Fri) after completion.

All other goods are dispatched for delivery on the first business day (Mon – Fri) after receipt of your order.

If for any reason we can't meet these time frames, we'll email you with an explanation and order status.

We use a number of different freight companies for International and Domestic delivery.

We'll send you an email when your order is ready confirming which freight company will be delivering your item along with a tracking number.

International delivery takes 7 – 14 business days depending on the time it takes your local Customs Department to process the item.

Domestic delivery takes 1 – 3 business days.

No, the customer is responsible for any customs import charges or fees that may be incurred by delivering to an international destination.


If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can send it back.

Just make sure the item is returned in unused original condition within 14 days of receiving it.

We can give you a store credit, exchange or refund, it’s up to you.

You will have to pay the cost of return delivery unless the item is faulty.
